TI-API: Order Change API can't be tested

Part Number: TI-API

Tool/software:

Hello,

I created different backlog orders in the test enviornment. The orders do not get a price set up.

"Sales order created, but price is not set up. For further support, contact TI customer support https://support.ti.com/csm | Item is pending manual schedule which may take up to 48 hours. If your item is not scheduled after 48 hours, please contact TI customer support support.ti.com/csm"

I want to test changing an order but I can't do it if the line items are not getting a price assigned.

"customerLineItemNumber 1 is in process by TI and cannot be changed. If you are still having issues, contact TI customer support https://support.ti.com/csm Sales order created, but price is not set up. For further support, contact TI customer support https://support.ti.com/csm Item is pending manual schedule which may take up to 48 hours. If your item is not scheduled after 48 hours, please contact TI customer support support.ti.com/csm"

The order number is "1072521079". This order is quite new (2 days) but the same messages is shown with an older order (few months).
How can I test the order change API if I get error messages from TI which I can't solve?

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,
Linus
