I tried to apply a quote request, but, i received a error mail " unable to process the email received".

There is a subject format precise to add?

That's the email:

This could be caused by the one or more reasons below:

Email contains incorrect subject format
Email is being sent from the incorrect email domain
File type attached is incorrect

Please review the possible cause(s) for this error above and email the updated file to cust_documents@ti.com. You will receive a confirmation email once the file has been successfully received and begun processing.
