Hello Kai,

Within the TI product information API suite there is a field “ChangeOrderWindow”. A value of “NON” within this field would indicate if a TI part is non-cancellable/non-returnable. The endpoint to call the product information API would be https://transact.ti.com/v1/products. Understood, thank you. Another question, I'm seeing other values like "SMC" in the ChangeOrderWIndow parameter, is there a place where all of these values and what they mean are defined?

Hello Kai,

“SMC” is indeed another possible value within the “ChangeOrderWindow” field. The values you will see in this field are as follows:

“STD”: standard 2 week change window
“SMC”: semicustom 6 week change window
“CST”: custom 13 week change window
“NON”: no changes accepted without special approval
