Hi,

We are trying to set up Backlog API with TI (we already have TI store API suite running) but currently we are stuck on creating a Backlog Checkout profile.

We are using checkout profile for TI store API suite and I have created a new checkout profile according to TI guide, but there is no option to mark this new checkout profile as a "backlog" and therefore server response is Error 422: "invalid checkoutProfileId".

Update: Current Error is: 404 "No complete checkout profiles found" - But in the "Backlog ordering API suite" section, there is checkout profile marked as active:

Hello Ondrej,

In order to use Backlog ordering API suite, backlog onboarding tasks would need to be completed first in your myTI dashboard.

Could you help log in to your myTIDashboard please to check the onboarding details?

Dear Patrick, this could be the issue as there is a "Start TI line of credit application" left in the myTI dashboard. But this is there for a long time now and our API for eshop is working with this - we are using APRUVE as the payment method.

Can you confirm that we cannot use Apruve anymore and we need to ask for a NET to proceed?

Dear Ondrej,

correct, backlog API only works with TI line of credit, while Store API (TI store in general) there are other payment options available.
