TI-API: API Problem (can not RFQ)

Currently our API-INQ is not working

 

Our IT's  feedback is: when he logged into  TI account, he saw that TI no longer has an INQ section, so both IT and I can't do the INQ with the API, when we do the INQ, it will show "there is a problem with submitting quote,please try again" but we can make backlog orders as normal,could you check the reason? thanks.
