Hi,

The TI site is not recognizing our two tax exemptions as they're in different states (PA & FL). When one is updated, it removes the other from the list of applicable tax IDs shown on our overall profile. Separate checkout profiles were created with the two different shipping addresses, but it still will not apply appropriately. Please provide assistance.

    Hi Ryan, 

    This could be occurring because you have only one manufacture type tax certificate uploaded and it's for the state of Pennsylvania. The rest of the FL certificates uploaded are for resale of product. If you need the FL certificate to show for manufacturer then you would need to upload it as such. Let me know if this helps.
