Existing Credit line is not work

Dear support,

I am a software developer and I wanted to use the TI store API suite. We have access to everything but i cant create a checkout profile to test the Order API because our credit line is not listed.

We already had a credit line, our Account Managerin told us to just connect it, but it is not working.
