TI-API: How to solve Error TI-API-0429

Hello

I got the Error "TI-API-0429" and none of my request are working. I am sending every 5 minutes a request and based on what I read in the instruction it should be an acceptable period for sending requests.

How can I solve this issue.

I am a bit surprised because every thing was working well. Just now that a part that I have been waiting for was produced and  I am facing with issue. Due to that  I lost that chance of automated purchase.

  • You will receive this error when you exceed the maximum number of API calls per day.   The call limit for the v2 TI store order API is currently 5000 per day.

    Other limits are listed below for your convenience:

    • Advanced ship notice (ASN): 1000 requests per day
    • Financial document retrieve: 60 requests per minute
    • v2 store inventory and pricing:  Unlimited

    Please reduce your calls in order to not exceed these limits.
