The Inventory subscriptions function cannot be accepted

I subscribed to two tiPartNumber,
Didn't send me a subscription message when it became available via post

I use Inventory subscriptions (test) tool to do post, which allows the application to accept relevant json data

When tiPartNumber was available, I did not receive the data of post. May I ask what caused this?

    I am trying a translation tool, so it may not be 100% accurate. At this time, you can only purchase 50 units of this part (see screen image below). Once you have purchased this limit, you will not be able to purchase more of this part for 30 days.  But, for this part, you will not be able to order 3000. In order to have greater success with the inventory subscription API, we recommend you set the quantity to 1.  Once you received the notification from TI, you can then try to order more quantity.    If you have any further questions, please let us know.
