We re using inventory API and suddenly got server error with error code :ERR-TICOM-INV-API-0500 for some parts.
Neelima,
A large number of the products you are inquiring are not available or they have a limit on the number of items you can purchase. For the parts that are not available, you can request to be notified when there is inventory. A better way to be notified when a part is available is to use the Inventory subscription API. This will resolve the majority of your 500 errors. I am still investigating why you are receiving 500 for the parts above (i.e. SN74LVC2G07YZPR).
Can you accept my friend request so that we can discuss privately while I continue to investigate?
Hi Faye,
We are using Inventory API for getting the onhand notification. If we cannot purchase based on limit or if onhand doesnot exist, we were getting proper error message which our buyer's can understand. But this error is something new andnot nderstandable. Please help to resolve this error.
Hello Faye,
if it is helpful: we get status codes 500 for a couple of items, too. This behaviour started exactly on February 19th 14:12:00 (Central European Time), so there must have been some internal change at that point of time.
Regards,
Stefan
Everyone: We are seeing the problem on our side and are investigating it. I'll provide an update today.

Hi everyone:
As of approximately 10:25am CST, we have identified and resolved the problem. Your GET /store/products calls should work now. Let me know if you still see any other unusual behavior.
Hi Faye,
thanks, everything worked fine after that point - but unfortunately the same problem popped up again yesterday night (23:45+01:00). We get status 500 for a couple of material numbers, e.g. TUSB2077APTR.
Good to hear. We did discover a problem on our side. Closing the thread now.
