TI-API: An issue with the review process of the "TI store API suite

Why has our company's application for the "TI store API suite" been in the "under review" status for so long? We submitted the application on April 25, 2023, and the website indicated that it would take 2 days to review the application. However, it has been more than half a month now, and the status is still "under review". We have not received any emails or phone calls. Do we need to provide any additional company information? The following screenshot is what is displayed on the website.
