Just following up, this says it is resolved that might have been an accidental click on requestor that logged the e2e thread. I do not see any communication but a screen shot, please let us know if you need assistance, this ticket is in our API e2e queue for a while as it was not assigned to our support team specifically until today. _I will assign to myself so we can make sure you are receiving the assistance you need for this issue.
