No offers when using API Key

Dear Sir, madame, 
I just started using the API key from TI with our Calculation program from BomConnector (by CircuitByte from Germany). I can see that it is sending out requests but I 'm not getting any offers . The status is "everything is fine" so there should be no problem. Can you tell me what might be the problem?
