TI-API: Order API 401 Error

Hi team,

When my customer try to do manual order via GUI, I only can see the error '401: Unauthorized connection'. 

We've done all the profile and key setup. Could you please help to resolve this issue? 

I've tried another tool, excel, to check whether it is GUI issue. But when using excel_production version, I can only see 'out of stock' on every material. All the materials are Red even though they have enough quantity on ti.com. Could you please kindly help to fix this issue?
