TI-API: TI Product Info API - Generating a new key does not create a new secret key, only the client key.

I have tried multiple times/days to generate new client and secret keys. Only a client key is generated (and there is no acknowledgment pop-up as referenced in Faye Rainey's post.) Need help please. Thanks.
