TI-API: ERR-TICOM-ORDER-API-KNV-0503

I'm not sure what glitch is happening, but our company is unable to order through both the API and the TI.com Webpage.

Through the API, it always returns

But when test is great,Code 201

Through TI.com Webpage, always rejected

T04973562 TI.com mall. Payment was successful but the order was revoked by you.
T04972689 TI.com mall. Selected bank payment and was rejected
T04974201 TI.com mall. Select bank to pay, rejected

What's wrong???

  • Our records show the following:

    1)   T04973562:  The order was rejected;  Payment also failed (4/14/24 1:32:00.602 AM)

    2)   T04972689 :  The order was rejected;  No record of payment made

    3)   T04974201:  The order was rejected;  No record of payment made

    If you can produce any documents that show where we deducted payment, we will investigate it.  Please accept my friend request so that we can exchange information securely.
