TI-API: EUC for Backlog Checkout Profile

Hello,

I am trying to complete setup of a checkout profile in order to use the Backlog API. I keep receiving an email that states: EUC is not in standard format – Please submit the EUC in the standard format. I am using the TI EUC standard template. Is there any way to get more detail on what is not correct?

Can you resubmit your checkout profiles so they can be reviewed again? The format you submitted was correct, and the confusion around the expected format has been addressed.

The checkout profiles are being reviewed again. I did not resubmit yet, so hopefully there is no issue.

Hi Ashely,

Sorry for any confusion. We were able to move that back to review, and your EUC files have now been approved.

It looks like the last step needed to activate your checkout profiles is for you to apply for the line of credit. Are you have any issues with that?

We applied for the line of credit last week. The remaining action on my side says I need to create Tax ID, but I cannot do this action because the checkout profiles are still pending.
