TI-API: Different order statuses

Hello,

we are testing updating of order.

1. we have posted order with item with requested date 16.09.2024

2. We got response, estimated Delivery date = 16.09.2024

3. We changed requested delivery date to 14.10.2024

4. We got response, estimated Delivery date 14.10.2024

5. We changed requested date back to 16.09.2024

6. We got response, estimated Delivery date still 14.10.2024 and message on line item level was following, and status of schduled line is Confirmed.

Our question is, if Requested date and Estimated Delivery date in the section "confirmations" are different, will there be any other status at some point? Like Confirmed with changes? Or changes not accepted?

Can we always trust, that if status is Confirmed and if requested date and estimated delivery date are different, then Estimated delivery date is always the date what we should use?

  • 1st Question - Confirmation status questions: - when requested date and estimated date are different: - there is no other status when confirmed.

    2nd Question, on Confirmed and Estimated Delivery Date - yes would be the date to use, additionally if this date gets updated or changed, we would send you an additional notification of the date change.
