Following on.......I've been advised to click on myTI dashboard and go to Account Settings > API Keys and Access.....but........when I click on my TI dashboard I don't get those options!!

Thank you for the screen shot. The account you are logged into is your "personal account". API keys/secrets are assigned to "company accounts" (see sample screen shot below). Please speak with your IT administrator to get added to this account in order to gain access to the key and secret.

We don't have an internal IT administrator as such. So can my personal account be changed to a company account? Is this something that needs to be done by TI ?
