TI-API: Trying to create a quote in order backlog API test environment receiving error ERR-BKG-QUOTE-API-0083

Hi,

I am trying to create a quote in order backlog API test environment and I receive this error ERR-BKG-QUOTE-API-0083.

the error message is:

"checkoutProfileId is incomplete. Enter a valid checkoutProfileId and resubmit request."

I am using the checkout profile I copied from the "Checkout profiles" page online. Now I navigated there again to make sure that I copied the right value and I am missing to copy button as seen in the picture below.

Before receiving this error I managed to open a quote successfully and now I'm trying to make more tests and receiving this error.

Anyone know how to solve this?

    Log out of system completely and then go back to your login and your teams page - backlog credentials should be able to retrieve from the teams page on https://api-portal.ti.com/ If you still cannot access let us know and we will need tech support to assist.
