Tool/software:
i was initially submitted a TI store form on Venture eOrder Fulfillment but i received a replied from TI that telling me that the parts i ordered were stock available but does not match the target price.
The email tells me to buy the parts in eOrder Fulfillment portal after i get an approval.
Once i gotten approval, i went back to eOrder Fulfillment but unable to find these two parts in my part list maintenance/demand shortage/order tabs.
Hence, i resubmit the "TI Store form" with Action "Delete" and submit again with Action "ADD".
After done this, still cannot find the 2 part numbers/
Afterwards, i got my other collegue to help, the message pop out asking us to use "UPDATE" instead as these parts already inside part list.
We followed the message and change the form to "UPDATE' and uploaded again but still cannot find.
No matter what kind of methods we tried, still cannot place the TI Store orders of these parts through API.
Kindly advise how should i do in order to get the PO out?
