We are starting to test the API programme, and we have doubts about the logistical part.
We have a test order and I would like to know the status of the order from 10249755665, as we sent the order on 30/08/24 and the order day was 03/09/24.
Right now we don't have the tracking number of the courier for the reception.
And for future orders we would like to know if it was an urgent order as it is in this case, how many days is the LT?
