The client_id and client_secret you will be able to get if you go to your myTI dashboard and navigate to the "API keys and access" section:
In case you don't have the secret noted down somewhere, you will need to regenerate it by clicking on "Regenerate key". This will then create a new key (client_id) and secret (client_secret).
