I'm using SPI flash P/N IS25LQ512B-JNLE from ISSI company.
Our production test department tried to program the SPI flash with BIN file via JTAG interface using TUSB9261 BSDL file (the TUSB9261 is found correctly during boundary scan process).
The process fails on reading SPI flash ID. Is it possible or we must use the Flash Burner only?
Our goal is that all new assembled boards will arrive to lab fully programed.
