HD3SS215: How to treat AUX pin when Selecting either of two output.

Hi Team, 

Please advise me on a question bellow.

I am using HD3SS251 to select either of tow DP output.

The Figure 9.3 on the datasheet show an example of how to treat the AUX signal

like this. 

I suspect that, with this configuration, un-selected DP port still indicate the presence of the Source.

I think rather than this configuration, the following connection is more appropriate.

With this configuration, un-selected DP port indicates "No Source".

What do you think of it?
