SN65C1168E-SEP: Single Event Upset

I am interested to know the radiation tolerance of the SN65C1168E-SEP, RS-422 transceiver to Single Event Upset (SEU). Your radiation documentation for this part only lists the tolerance to Single Event Latchup (SEL). Our application is very sensitive to data integrity, can you please provide SEU tolerance data?

Larry,

As a requirement for the -SEP marking, we run these devices through SEE testing, so SEU should be available as well. I'll reach out to the team who performs this testing to see what data we have available.

Thanks for looking into this Eric. I have a meeting later this week where we will be discussing this topic, Is it possible to get some SEU data before Thursday this week?
