DP83TG720S-Q1: Cable diagnosis in TC8 IOP test

Hi Team,

Customer now use DP83TG720 to do TC8 IOP test. And the cable diagnosis result is very different from the real status. Which registers could be used to make cable diagnosis?

The 4 registers read in the above table are derived from the following two cable diagnostic methods found, but the test results seem to be wrong.
1. The description of the Cable Diagnostic register given in the Datasheet is as follows, the register bit is 0x1F.0x030F

2. The cable diagnostic instructions provided by the IOP test report <P20_0183_ DP83TG720_1G_Test_Report_00D_01> are as follows
