Customer now use DP83TG720 to do TC8 IOP test. And the cable diagnosis result is very different from the real status. Which registers could be used to make cable diagnosis?

The 4 registers read in the above table are derived from the following two cable diagnostic methods found, but the test results seem to be wrong.
