SN65DSI84: ways to detect a faulty DSI connection?

Hi Team,

Is there a way to detect resp. read out if there is a faulty resp. no DSI connection/link-status? Maybe there is a register at 0xE5 for it?

The only status register for the DSI84 DSI interface is register 0xE5, but there is no direct correlation between register 0xE5 and a faulty DSI connection.
