We are using the device TPS65983B in a design based on the Thunderbolt - Titan-Ridge DD - Tapex Creek TI83 reference design from Intel, using the JHG7440 controller.

We require immediate help help with the following:

Firmware for the TPS 65983B device
Details on how to program the firmware in our SPI flash (Application for Flash programming)

Do you work with a specific sales engineer or FAE?

I do not support this part very frequently, so for specific questions, I will have to do quite a bit of digging

Hi Chuck, I contacted TI support and they allegedly assigned us an FAE to contact me. In the end, they instead sent me this URL to submit a request [which I did Friday afternoon] and there was still 0 response so far.

If you are referring to the link in this thread, I myself provided that link as reference. I have not received a link to anything that clarifies the issues for:

Firmware for the TPS 65983B device
