TLK2711-SP: Can TLK2711 communicate with XILINX Viretex7?

I now encounter some questions in the design:

1. Can TLK2711 communicate with XILINX Viretex7?

2. Hypothesis 1 is true. TLK2711 has 2.5V power supply while FPGA has 1.8V power supply.

TI unfortunately does not have interoperability test report with Xilinx. I do not foresee an issue as liong as data from Xilinx is within 1.6 to 2.5-Gbps range and 8B/10B encoded.
