TUSB2E22: RESEB pin needed pull-up?

Hello Guys,

Good day.

For RESETB pin(E4) of TUSB2E22 eUSB2-USB 2.0 Dual Repeater, do we need pull-up resistor? 

Datasheet shows this is not an option but the schematic for the TUSB2E22EVM-CAT shows the RESETB pulled up to 1.8V_IO.
