DS91M040EVK: Question about selecting ATCA backplane

I'm going to purchase some "DS91M040EVK/NOPB" boards to evaluate M-LVDS.
I'm looking for ATCA backplane in order to evaluate "DS91M040EVK."

I have 3 questions related to above.

1) Let me know the manufacturer and the part number of ATCA backplane which is used
in DS91M040EVK/NOPB datasheet (Document Title: 125 MHz Quad M-LVDS Transceiver Evaluation Board).

2) I consider to purchase 6-slot ATCA backplane and found that there are 5 types which have 6 slot numbers.
Let me know if it's no matter which I choose from these 5 types.

3) Could you tell me the manufacturer who sells ATCA backplane other than ELMA?
