    The TRS3232E and MAX3232E are the best matches, but at the moment there is no inventory available.

    The MAX3223-EP, SN65C3222E, SN65C3223E, TRSF3222E and TRSF3223E match the 2TX/2RX and 3.0V to 5.5V requirement, but they are 20-pin SOP packages.

    SN65C3232E, SN75C3232E, and TRSF3232E are direct matches for your requirements and they have stock available right now. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
