Is there a specified reverse recovery time provided that it did not go into breakdown?
I intend to use it in a situation where is forms part of a rectifier too.

Unfortunately I don't have that information for this device. ESD321 was designed as mainly an ESD suppressor and has not undergone testing to gather rectifying data like reverse recovery time.
