HD3SS2522: Alternative evaluation module to HD3SS2522EVM

Hi Team,

Our customer would like to evaluate the HD3SS2522 but unfortunately the HD3SS2522EVM evaluation module is already obsolete. It seems theTPS65982-EVM and TUSB542EVM can be used as alternative to HD3SS2522EVM. If not, do we have other alternative evaluation modules which we have stocks now?

Hi Brian,

Thank you for your response. The current leadtime of HD3SS3220 is 35 weeks. Are there another alternative device and evaluation module that we have stocks? Are the TPS65982-EVM and TUSB542EVM suitable alternative to HD3SS2522EVM?

TPS65982 and TUSB542P should work, but overkill and both out of stock. TPS65982 need firmware as well, make it more complicated.
