if anything special need to pay attention to ?

Hello,

The SN75LVDS82 may be able to replace the THC63LVDF84B, however the THC63LVDF84B has a pixel clock range of 15-85MHz while the SN75LVDS82 has a range of 31-68MHz. If the pixel clock used falls within this range, this should be a suitable replacement.

There are TI solutions that have a wider pixel clock range that should also work as replacements. One such example is DS90CF386.
