May I ask for help? Our customer have concerns below:
"I need to Perform the Thermal Analysis for SN65LVDS387DGG, Kindly request you to provide Below Thermal Data.
1.Maximum operating Temperature.
2.Junction to case resistance.(RjC)
3.Junction to Base Resistance(Rjb)"
For number 1 concern, I was able to check in datasheet that recommended Maximum operating Temperature is 85°C. But for number 2 and 3 concern. Can you please provide this details to us? Thank you so much in advance.
