We are using the TPS65981 chipset for our Sink mode application. ( PD Dock or Monitor Application) and LVDS LT7211B Converter chipset for Display interface.
In the TPS65981 chipset, GPIO4 we need to Pull Up configuration via Firmware in our application because in LVDS HPD pin is open drain pin. We have some constraints in the PCB so, External pull up is not possible.
Pin Connection :
GPIO4 : Connected with LVDS HPD (Open Drain) Pin
GPIO5 : Pull down via 1M
- Can we configure GPIO4 as per our requirement ?
