TPS65994AE: Retimer power doesn't disable after unplug type-c connection?

Part Number: TPS65994AE

We use GPIO2 and GPIO5 to enable the Burnside Bridge re-timer power. But when unplugging the type-c connector (adapter or any type-c device), the GPIO was kept high to enable the re-timer power.

Does it normal behavior? Or do we have to correct the setting to disable re-timer power after the type-c device was disconnected?
