Hello support team,

I have two questions about frequency foldback scheme depending to VIN voltage.

Which mode does the TPS25830A-Q1 operate in AutoPFM or PWM when VIN ≤ 8V and VIN> 19V?

In addition, please tell me the variation of the mode change threshold of 8V and 19V.

    Hi,Kiyoshi-san,

    For the first question,when VIN ≤ 8V and VIN> 19V,TPS25830A's mode is detemind by load current.If load current is light,TPS25830A will work in the PFM,then if load current is weight,TPS25830A will work in the PWM(but its frequency is set to default 420kHz).

    For the second question,I am sorry to tell you that we don't have electrical characteristics for this variation,the 8V and 19V are just typical value.
