DS16F95QML-SP: SEE rad info

Hello,

Do you have any SEE rating/info for the 5962F8961501VHA ?  I know the TID is 300k, but can’t seem to find any single event info…can you help?

    Hello Adam,

    The DS16F95 is a bipolar device so SEL would be unexpected.

    TI has not done heavy ion testing on this part but others have.  In the technical documents section of the product page, there is a link to the LM4050 radiation paper which also includes some data on the DS16F95.  Listed in the references is a paper where ELDRS and SEE test results for the DS16F95QML-SP are reported.
