Project information: Emdoor AG958
Platform: AMD FP7r2 RMB-H with AMD R22M E100-65 GPU
IO port with USB4 Type-C port
We used TPS65993BFRSLR(single port) PD controller with Kandou KB8002 USB4 re-timer for USB4 port solution.
Issue description:
AG958 system had can't detect issue when plug-in TBT3 device.
Action:
We try to MSI Notebook(Stealth 15M) to verify it and can normally detect TBT3 device, and we catch PD log file of AG958 and MSI to compare and no found any difference.
Attached file is AG958 & MSI system's PD log file, could you help to analysis and provide suggestion to solve this issue? Thanks a lot
