    Inho,

    Two of the main differences are the data rate: 10Mbps - SN65HVD08D, 50Mbps - SN65HVD78D, and the integrated ESD protection. The SN65HVD78 has integrated IEC ESD protection, while the SN65HVD08 only has HBM and CDM ESD protection integrated. More fine differences can be found in the datasheet.
