Hi team,

1. Is TRSF3243 p2p with MAX3243 TSSOP? which one is recommended if they all can support customer's need

2. Do we have complete solution that can support RS-232 RS-485 and RS-422 ?

There is no difference between MAX3243 and TRS3243 devices.

The TRSF device supports a higher data rate.

RS-232 and RS-485/422 are completely different, electrically. If you want to support both, use separate transceivers.
