HD3SS213: Some Qualification Questions

Hi,

1) What is the MIN storage temperature for the device? (Just 1 orderable...HD3SS213ZXHR)

Best resource I could find was product shelf life FAQ which has some white papers, https://www.ti.com/support-quality/faqs/product-shelf-life-faqs.html.

2) What is the "recommended reflow profile"? (I believe the "MSL Ratings and Reflow Profiles" document gives the "tested" reflow profile for the given MSL rating. This should be fine.

3) Was the Autoclave, 121C, 96Hr test done at 2atm?

The HD3SS213 is QBS to TI enterprise qual.

Hi,

Min storage temperature is -65C. 

QBS means Qualify By Similarity. So this device is “Qualify By Similarity” to TI enterprise qual of another device, therefore, this device does not have to go through Autoclave qual.

This HD3SS213ZXH is part of the nfBGA conversion with many other devices. From what I can track down to, it looked like the QBS device was done at 2 ATM.
