TCAN1043H-Q1: TCAN1043DEVM

Part Number: TCAN1043H-Q1

I have the evaluation board TCAN1043EVM INT046B.

Is this one working at VSUP=60V?

Can I have the EMC data for this EVAL Board please?

  • Hi Dumitru,

While the transceiver on this EVM does support an operational Vsup up to 60V, the decoupling and bulk capacitors on the board are not rated this high. These capacitors should be removed or replaced with higher rated ones before this supply voltage is used to avoid damaging these passive components.

This EVM is designed to evaluate the basic functionality of the transceiver and is not fit for proper EMC evaluation. We conduct such testing on our devices on dedicated EMC boards for use both internally and with third party test houses such as Zwickau and J2962. If you are interested in any of these EMC test reports, please reach out to me via email and I can provide them. My email address can be found in my bio by clicking on my E2E name.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

    Regards,
    Eric Schott
