DS91M040: Deterministic jitter parameter

Hi,

The datasheet of DS91M040 has very limited information regarding the jitter parameter of the buffer.

What is the jitter value of the DS91M040? It would be helpful if I could know the period jitter, cycle-to-cycle jitter, deterministic jitter and random jitter values of DS91M040.

Specifically I would like to know the deterministic jitter value of the buffer.
