Hi Team, 

Could you help to estimate the power consumption of SN65HVD63RGTR ?

Should I use the Icc * Vcc = 33mA * 3.3V = 0.1089W ?

    Zhizhao,

    Yes, this would be the most appropriate estimation of the maximum power consumption, which should max at around 100 mW to 110 mW as you have calculated above.

    Note of course that this modulator/demodulator is capable of operating at other supply voltages (i.e. 5 V in addition to 3.3 V), so power consumption would follow VCC if different rail voltages are applied.
