Customer would like to know what is the maximum junction temperature spec of TPD4S311A?

    Hi Randy,

    I don't see values about maximum junction temperature in TPD4S311A datasheet, but the Over Temperature Protection kicks in at 175 degrees Celsius (section 7.6 in the datasheet) and the maximum operating free air temperature is 85 degrees Celsius (section 7.1).
