I have the same issue about screen flickering... there is no solution at the end of the thread... would be great to help others to find their problem

    Hi Jonathan, 

    Similar to the last reply in the other thread, there are many potential causes and considerations for lock/flickering display. So you will need to share more information on design and issue to comment further. 

    Such as:

    • Verifying schematics properly match and follow Typical Connection Diagrams in datasheet with recommended values/characteristics. AC capacitors, ferrite/capacitor filtering, and so on
    • Proper layout practices (skew and impedance matching)
    • Proper cable/connector configuration/selection (STP/STQ & 100ohm impedance)
    • Power supplies are within specification (AC and DC) and stable
    • Proper register configuration
    • Checking lock status is cause of flicker
    • Investigating link stability with BIST mode

    Please share/check above details and communicate any other debug efforts already.
